Circulators
These refrigerated/heating circulating baths are ideal for temperature controlling jacketed reactors ranging in sizes from 1 to 50 liters.
Maintain temperatures from -90 to 200° with bath capacities ranging from 4.5 to 24 liters. These CFC free refrigerated circulators come in space-saving vertical configurations. All feature efficient heat removal and control of external closed liquid circuits at temperatures well below 0°C. Suitable for water, oil, or other standard bath media as recommended by the manufacturer.
Temperature control options include analog, PID or Fuzzy Logic control that adjusts to varying thermal loads. Fuzzy Logic Temperature and Energy control is designed for the most demanding temperature control requirements. The controller continually monitors temperature and automatically compensates for even the slightest variance with only the actual energy required. Real Temperature Adjustment (RTA) corrects the displayed temperature against any measured value, ensuring that the circulator can be used in accordance with ISO 9000 standards. External Temperature Control (ETC) permits use of external probe (not supplied) to regulate temperature. All controllers have visual alarms that notify of shutdown at the first sign of excessively high temperature or motor overload. All circulators come with two fittings (for 8 and 12 mm tubing) and bath cover. 1/4" male NPT fittings are available as an option.
Booster heaters are available to decrease heating times as much as 60%
