Combination laboratory stirrer and stir-tester. The HST series are supplied with a digital control that makes stirring and viscosity testing more precise. The HST10 is available in direct-drive or geared models with a totally enclosed, 1/17 hp, permanent-magnet DC motor. The direct-drive model provides 20 to 2500 rpm and 1.5 lb.-in torque. The geared models provide 6:1 and 12:1 ratios for max. speeds/torques of 417 rpm/5.4 lb.in. and 208 rpm/12.0 lb.in., respectively.

The system is furnished complete with drive motor, mounting bracket, controller, 3-jaw keyless chuck, paddle, propeller, heavy-duty 90-degree clamp. Lab stand is sold separately.
