The QMF-L membrane-style blood feeder is engineered for laboratory rearing and infection studies of malaria vector species. Constructed from durable SCHOTT DURAN® borosilicate 3.3 glass, the vessel is easy to clean and autoclavable. Equipped with dual 8.5 mm O.D. hose barbs for ¼" I.D. tubing, the feeder enables temperature-controlled liquid circulation (~38°C) across a 50 mm membrane feeding surface. The 56 mm O.D. blood chamber is optimized for Parafilm™ sealing, creating a consistent and accessible feeding interface for mosquito colony maintenance and malaria transmission assays.
