This new control is capable of controlling two separate circuits independently. Like the PowrTrol, the PowrTwin is a solid-state, proportional-voltage controller that allows the precise manual control of laboratory heating equipment such as heating tapes, heating cords, and heating mantles. The PowrTwin has an output range adjustable from 3-100% of rated voltage. The PowrTwin can be used on the bench top, or it can be mounted to lattice work using the clamp provided. Wattage: 840 per circuit, 7 Amp per circuit.

If your heating process requires several steps, this is the control for you. The Ramp/Soak feature of this control allows up to a 40-step profile, which can be configured from the provided software. You can profile Temperature, Time, Hold, Soak and End steps to create the ideal profile for your process. The built in adaptive control technology provides even tighter control for these demanding applications. Several input types are available. This unit comes with 6’ detachable power cord, communication port, audible alarm function and grid support bracket, which is ideal for fume hood mounting to maximize bench space. Ramptrol automatically sets the PID parameters through a learning sequence in the auto-tuning mode.

The Glas-Col Digital Timer is a micro controller-based countdown interval timer with dig ital display. For use with mantles, heating tapes, ovens, and other resistive loads up to 10 amps. Also can be used with stirrers, vortexers, shakers, and other motor-driven lab oratory equipment up to 10 amps load capacity.

Four timing ranges may be selected from the front panel. At the completion of the timing cycle, a solid-state alarm will sound for 5 seconds. The power to the load receptacle is terminated at the end of the timing cycle. The timer will then reset to the preset starting- time. The timing cycle may be interrupted by pushing the start/stop button. Timing will resume from the stopping point when timing cycle is restarted.

The low profile temperature controls feature a 1/32 DIN format with 1, 2 or 3 load receptacles. Control uses one thermocouple to operate all load receptacles simultaneously. Easy set-up and simple input commands make this control very "user friendly." These controls are single- loop, auto-tuning temperature controllers that automatically set PID control parameters for optimum system performance. For use with heating mantles, tapes, ovens, water baths or other processes requiring accurate control.
